All of the MDG's are related to MDG 1 - eradicating poverty - therefore One World Youth Project does not have MDG 1 as a focus MDG. Instead, students are encouraged to examine the ways that their MDG intersects with and effects MDG 1. OWYP does provide a MDG 1 specific worksheet and April's curriculum for each MDG focus centers on poverty.
MDG 8 - Develop a Global Partnership for Development
One World Youth Project itself is in effect a Global Partnership for Development - connecting youth groups throughout the world together for real positive progress towards the MDG's. Therefore One World Youth Project does not have MDG 8 as a focus MDG. Instead, students are encouraged to examine the ways that their MDG intersects with and effects MDG 8. OWYP does provide a MDG 8 specific worksheet.
